If you have a problem with your order, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to discuss the issue.  Before an item is sent back to us, you (the buyer) need to receive authorization to ship it back. Without authorization, you may not be able to get a full refund, if any.  Returns will only be accepted if something is wrong with the item structurally or cosmetically.  Items can NOT be exchanged for size.  Items are listed with the exact measurements so if you have a question about an item email us before so we can clear up any questions.   Orders for flip flops and belts may take longer than most other orders.  We do not keep many of either in stock since there are so many different sizes and stles avaliable. If you need theses items before 2 weeks please contact us before you order so we can get yo an estimated date of arrival. Thank you for your help.
